Aurélie Besnard and Paul Chéreau’s small farm is rooted in the Gaillac countryside. Local grape varieties grow alongside meadows, woods and sheep that graze the vines in winter.

Biodynamic farming supports the diversity they want to see in the land. Grapes are picked by hand and fermented with indigenous yeasts, preserving the lively character of every cuvée.
